Our Philosophy: We want you to be genuinely satisfied with your purchase. We also recognize that digital products can't be "returned" once accessed. This policy balances fairness for you with the realities of digital delivery.
Our digital products — including the HomePro Clean product line — are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.
Because digital products can be accessed and copied instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded.
When ProPilot™ launches as a subscription service:

We respond to support requests within 24 hours on business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method via LemonSqueezy (our payment processor). Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we have reason to believe the refund system is being abused — for example, repeated purchases and refund requests, or accessing product content before requesting a refund. We want to be fair, and we expect the same in return.
